    QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow".

  • How do I edit my account information?

    Click the "My Account” link at the top right side of our site to edit your account information.
  • I've forgotten my password, how can I reset it?

    Click the "My Account” link at the top right side of our site. Then click on the "Forgotten your password?" link. Enter the email address you use to sign in to your account and finally click on "Submit". Your password will be sent to you by email.

  • When will my order be dispatched?

    Please see each individual product page for more information on the availability of each item.
  • How much is shipping?

    The price of each publication includes postage (NB: VAT does not apply to physical publications).
  • Do you ship to my country?

    Please create an account by clicking the "My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup you will be asked to enter your shipping address including your country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
  • How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

    Click the "My Account” link at the top right side and then the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.

    Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

Pricing and billing

  • Do I have to pay sales VAT?

    Where VAT is applicable it will be applied at checkout.

    Note: If you are purchasing one of our eLearning courses from outside the UK, but within the EU and you are a VAT registered business, please email before you purchase, to supply your VAT registration number.

    We will supply you with a VAT exemption coupon code to be applied at the checkout.

    You will then be required to account for VAT under the reverse charge procedure (Article 196 Council Directive 2006/112/EC).
  • I have a question on my charges

    Click the "My Account” link at the top right side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records.

    Click the "My Account” link at the top right side of our site and under "My Orders", click the "Print invoices" link. Under "Order History" select the relevant date period and click "Go". Then click on the "View/Change Order" link and finally the "Print an Invoice" link. A new window containing your invoice will be shown.
  • When will my refund appear on my account?

    Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
  • When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of you placing your order.
